The Hurricane Mk I was a fighter aircraft designed for the Royal Air Force in 1930s just before the War of Britain. From the very first Hurricane Mk I variant emerged many more variants after their initial success with it. By 1941, the Royal Air Force had the MK IIC which performed night duty. This particular Hawker Hurricane variant had several improvements in terms of avionics and ammunitions. The MK IIC was equipped with two Hispano Mk II cannons on each wing, a hardpoint and fuel tanks. For the night intruder role, some Hawker Hurricane airplanes were fitted with Air Interception Mark VI radar, which were pilot-operated.
