The Hurricane Mk I was a single-seat, single-piston engine powered aircraft developed and manufactured by Hawker Aircraft in 1930Õs for the Royal Air Force. During the British War, the Hawker Aircraft was credited as the aircraft that help about 60% of the Royal Air ForceÕs victory and has served in many theaters during the World War II. The Hurricane Mk I was produced during the war because of its very simple structure and design, when time constraint was the problem during that period. The Hawker aircraft was also relatively very easy to maintain and thus enjoyed a long operational lifespan during the war periods. Another redeeming quality is it was very lightweight.
