The B-24 Liberator bomber is an American airplane that was designed by the Consolidated Aircraft. This was also known as the Model 32 and earlier versions of the B-24 airplane were first sold carrying the name LB-30. This was popularly used by the Allied Forces during World War II. The glory of the B-24 Liberator was highly recognized in all branches of the American Armed Forces. This military airplane was noteworthy because it had exceeded the speed, range, and bomb load of other types of its kind. However, it does have its own vulnerability. The lightweight design and with the placement of fuels tanks of the B24 airplane in upper fuselage made this defenseless to battle damage. Remember history of the World War II and have a desktop model aircraft of the B-24 Liberator.
